Community Eco-Tourism value chain
Our team has offered specialised and community tailored training programs through a hand-on process of understanding the critical stages of ideation & brainstorming; research & idea screening; concept development & testing; market strategy and business analysis; product development & iteration; market strategy and product launch. Over the five years, MBiAN has skilled women and youth groups who are now earning from processing of coffee, cocoa & honey; arts & crafts/basket weaving using locally available materials. The groups are linked to hospitality facilities in and around the conservation areas for market.
Digital financial inclusion along the Tourism value chain
We train, set up/install and mentor our clients in digital financial systems, equipment and APPs to enable them manage well finances, acquire equipment cheaply and access credit easily. Our focus is on women digital financial inclusion for our women and youth groups who are socially and economically disadvantaged despite their efforts in business
MBiAN Homestay
Experience a home away from home at MBiAN home stay with Eco-services, orchard gardens with various fruits and vegetables, a fish pond and rabbit keeping as well as trees with various bird species. Experience a community setting, and local livelihood, interact with the local community and learn a new language, and access local organic foods including fruits, vegetables, and plantains

MBiAN Eco hotel located 15kms from Queen Elizabeth national park in western Uganda, overseeing Snow caped Rw,enzori Mountain ranges, and Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo along the Kasese- Bwera town-Democratic Republic of Congo highway.
